This policy applies to information we collect when you download FOOD Phrenzy; when you access or use our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"); or when you otherwise interact with us. To be clear, this policy applies to information we collect if you download and use the FOOD Phrenzy mobile application—regardless of whether you are a registered user of the Services. This Privacy Policy does not, however, describe the practices of other FOOD Phrenzy users, including merchants and businesses, who may collect information from you when you interact with them through the Services, and we encourage you to ask them about their privacy practices before providing any information to them.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy and revising the "Last Updated" date above. We collect information about you when you use our Services, including as follows:

Transaction Information. When you use our Services, including to take advantage of discounts, offers, and gifts provided by third parties, we collect information about when and where the transactions occurred, a description of the transactions, transaction history, and information about the devices used to complete the transactions. Specifically, when you scan a QR code or a barcode generated for a discount, offer, or gift at a merchant’s location, we collect information about your transaction history from your use of our Services.
Location Information. When you download or use our Services (e.g. scan a barcode generated for a discount, offer, or gift at a merchant’s location), including to take advantage of discounts, offers, and gifts provided by third parties, we collect information about the real time GPS-based location of your device when these events occur. We require such location information in order to provide our Services to you.
Device Information. We collect device-specific information when you access or use our Services, including the type of device, unique device identifiers such as Mac ID and Mac Address, mobile network information, and information about the device's interaction with our Services.

Third-Party Advertising and Analytics

We may allow third parties to serve advertisements in connection with our Services and to provide analytics services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information, such as your IP addresses, identifiers associated with your mobile device or applications on the device, the browsers you use to access our Services, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. or use our Services (e.g. scan a barcode generated for a discount, offer, or gift at a merchant’s location), and your transaction history on your use of our Services; and

How We Store Your Information

We store the information collected about you on our third-party servers. Information is stored on these servers for one year. The servers use reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

You may contact us if you wish to deactivate your account, but even after you deactivate your account, we may retain archived copies of information about you and your transactions for a period of time that is consistent with applicable law.

Location Information
When you download and use our Services, you will be asked to consent to the application's collection of location information. We currently require this location information in order to provide our Services to you, so if you do not consent to this collection, you cannot use our Services. You may stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all Vesuvius Games applications from your device.

Cookies
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies; however, our Services may not function properly if you do so.

Device Information
With your consent, we may retain your Mac ID and Mac Address in order to allow merchants to provide future discounts, offers, and gifts to you. To opt in, please contact us at the address below.

Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving certain promotional notices and communications from Vesuvius Games by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as messages about your account.

Your California Privacy Rights

Children

Vesuvius Games' Services are solely intended for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit information or market to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information is collected, we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

By using our Services, you are consenting to our collecting and processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
